Payment Due: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Cancellations:
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.
Within 14 days: $500 non-refundable deposit will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Less than 2 days: No refund; full amount forfeited.
Renter is encouraged to confirm event details carefully to avoid cancellation fees.
The standard rental period is approximately 24 hours. We’ll coordinate a convenient delivery time with you—typically late morning or early afternoon on the day of your event. We’ll then return around the same time the following day to collect the pub. If needed, same-day pickup is also available. Please note: for events held on commercial property with public access (such as a business parking lot), the pub must be removed the same day and cannot remain overnight.

The pub will generally be setup within 60 minutes of being parked in it’s final location.
The Shebeen is fully equipped to enhance your event experience. It includes a keg cooler with gas for your taps, along with a refrigerator to keep beer, wine, and canned drinks cold. For entertainment, you'll find a smart TV and a Bluetooth-enabled speaker system. Comfort is a priority, with air conditioning and a small electric fireplace heater available. The interior features bench seating for up to eight guests, plus two to three barstools depending on the season, and standing room for five to ten additional guests.
While the interior offers an intimate setting, The Shebeen is well-equipped for larger parties. The service window allows for seamless drink service to guests outside, and additional high-top tables around the exterior create a vibrant, pub-style atmosphere perfect for mingling with a crowd. Behind the bar, we provide an ice bucket and scoop with a 5-gallon capacity, as well as cleaning supplies—including all-purpose cleaner and paper towels. To complete the setup, we also supply beer coasters and napkins for your guests’ convenience.
The Shebeen does not provide beer, wine, or other alcohol. Glassware and ice are also not provided. A bartender is not included with the rental; however, we’re happy to recommend a professional service if needed. Additionally, smoking is strictly prohibited inside The Shebeen.
Our kegerators can accommodate 2 quarter barrel kegs or 2 sixth barrels (or a combination of the two). There are two beer lines in the pub so two different draft beers can be served at one time. We will provide everything you need to pull the perfect pint: gas, taps and connections.
To set up properly, the pub must be placed on a level surface with ample space not only for the structure itself but also for guests to enter and exit comfortably. A minimum area of 22 feet by 18 feet is needed with easy access. During the booking process, we’ll review your delivery address with you to confirm a suitable setup location. Please note: The Shebeen must be parked entirely on privately owned property—it cannot be placed on streets, sidewalks, or other public areas.
Yes, The Shebeen requires access to a power source to operate the fridge, lighting, sound system, TV, and other features. Ideally, this should be a standard power supply from a nearby house or office. All that’s needed is one regular 20-amp outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. We’ll provide the necessary extension cord.
Yes! The Shebeen is fully heated, and we can’t think of anywhere we’d rather be on a cold evening than sitting in a warm, cozy Irish pub.
