To confirm and secure your event booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our cancellation policy:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event:
You will receive a full refund of your payment. -
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event:
A $500 non-refundable deposit will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded. -
Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the event:
No refund will be issued. The full amount is forfeited.
Important Note
We encourage all renters to confirm event details carefully before booking to avoid cancellation fees. If you have any concerns or need to discuss a change to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible—we’re happy to help where we can.
